Michael Cuccio, who passed it to the youngest Marine, Lance Cpl. Steven Kreitzer, to signify the passing of tradition between generations. Cloutier is the commanding officer of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Cuccio is with Expeditionary Strike Group 2. Kreitzer is with Marine Wing Support Squadron 271.
