Quality Assurance inspectors, Alvin Walton and Kelly Jones, both from the Savannah District process and certify incoming trucks at the Oak Haven temporary debris staging and reduction site in Dougherty County. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers along with local government officials, started debris removal activity in Georgia, under the direction of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) and Federal Emergency Management Agencies (FEMA) as part of the FEMA debris mission assignment.
