Staff Sgt. Scott Miller, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and a tracked vehicle repairer with the 541st Sapper Company, 19th Engineer Battalion, checks on the generator used to supply power to the tents, Nov. 8 in Donna, Texas.
