Marines connect together the poles of an OE antenna Nov. 11. In addition to setting up the OE, the communication Marines are responsible for connecting all positions through wires, radios and transmitter boxes. The Marines are both radio operators from 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
