Alfonso Perea, an infantryman with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 198th Armor Regiment, 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team, Task Force Spartan, goes over the proper hand position for his designated marksman rifle with a soldier from the Qatar Emiri Land Forces during sniper training, part of Exercise Eastern Action 19 on Nov. 6, 2018.
