In a collaborative effort alongside University of Texas Pharmacy School students and DEA agents, Guardsmen assisted in collecting 214 pounds of prescription pills from local community members at the Barton Springs Mall location in Austin, Texas. Forty Counterdrug Guardsmen supported the DEA at designated locations throughout Texas.
