The P-19 fire trucks hold 1,000 gallons of water. Every morning Cpl. Jeff Lee, P-19 crew chief does wet checks, which ensures all of the fire hoses and turrets are functioning properly. There are a number of functions that must be checked for discrepancies, as well as all the firefighting gear used in case of a accident on the flightline.
