    A Coast Guard rescue swimmer dangles from an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter hoist cable after conducting a mock vertical surface rescue with a rubber dummy near the North Head Lighthouse in Cape Disappointment State Park, Wash., Nov. 7, 2018.

    The swimmer is lowered to the side of the cliff where he attaches his harness to the simulated person in distress and the helicopter lifts them to the top of the cliff to waiting instructors.
