Pfc. Angel Cruz, a Marine Barracks Washington ceremonial marcher and a native of La Puente, Calif., stands in position prior to the commencement of a Marine Corps birthday cake cutting ceremony at the Library of Congress Nov. 2. Cruz, the youngest Marine present, and Barracks Marines helped members of the House of Representatives celebrate the 236th birthday of the Marine Corps.
