181101-N-TP832-2323 OKINAWA, Japan (Nov. 1, 2018) Engineering Aide Constructionman Apprentice Ezekiel Jackson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, carries surveying equipment off his work site after helping to conduct a topographic survey for a future parking lot on board White Beach Naval Facility in Okinawa, Japan. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
