    Crewmembers aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Bluebell utilize a deck crane to lower an anchor into the water at Tongue Point, in Astoria, Ore., October 30, 2018.

    The anchor will hold a mooring buoy in place so that Coast Guard vessels may moor there in the future.
