Arvada, Colo., native Cpl. Joshua Johnson provides security for the battalion commander of 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, during a recent visit. The radio operator with the Personal Security Detachment for the unit takes care of communications for the team and maintains all communications systems on the vehicles, as well as the radios carried by the battalion commander, sergeant major, and the vehicle commanders.
