Pfc. Brett Perkins, a combat medic assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C., practices high-crawling during the standardization phase of the Expert Field Medical Badge testing on Fort Bragg, N.C., Nov. 30, 2018. The first week of testing introduces the candidates to all the tasks that they’ll be expected to complete to earn the coveted badge. The EFMB was established to showcase and recognize medical Soldiers for their exceptional skill level and competence in the medical field.
