Director of Global Operations (J3) United States Strategic Command, Rear Adm. Doug McClain, talks to (KFOR) Channel Four News' Ali Meyer about the Navy and events during Oklahoma Navy Week. Navy Recruiting District (NRD) Dallas and Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO) partnered to celebrate Navy Week from June 1-June 10. This was one of 26 Navy Weeks planned across America in 2007. Navy weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in the Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant everyday Navy presence.
