Airmen from the 820th Base Defense Group carry boxes onto a Boeing 767-300ER, 0ct. 24, 2018, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The 822d, 823d and 824th Base Defense Squadrons (BDS) provide high-risk force protection and integrated base defense for expeditionary air forces. Airmen from the 823d BDS just returned home from conducting relief-in-place in the United States Africa Command theater while Airmen from the 824th BDS took their place.
