    A Pennsylvania Air National Guard KC-135 aircraft prepares to park. Onboard is Command Chief Master Sgt. Randy Miller celebrating 39 years of service after his final flight Oct. 26, 2018. Chief Miller retires as the Command Chief Master Sgt. at the 171st Air Refueling Wing where he held that job title since 2011. Chief Miller has over 4300 flight hours. He started his career in the active duty Air Force in 1977 where he served in logistics and postal And in 1983 transferred to the Texas Air National Guard. He took to the sky in 1993 where he trained into the in-flight refueling career field. Chief Miller has been known for his dedication to recognizing the achievements of others.
