Three naval personnel stand on the wet deck of a ship, observing a large aircraft carrier and other naval vessels in what appears to be a harbor or port during overcast, wet weather conditions. The crew members are wearing safety gear including hard hats and high-visibility vests, suggesting an active docking or maneuvering operation. The central figure's yellow vest is marked 'USS FARRAGUT BD 24', identifying the vessel they are assigned to.
