A 2nd Brigade, 1st Armored Division soldier demonstrates a Joint Battle Command-Platform handheld, which is used with the Joint Tactical Radio System Rifleman Radio. The handhelds and radios are being evaluated as part of the Army's Network Integration Evaluation 12.1, which takes place from Oct. 31-Nov. 19 at White Sands Missile Range, N.M., and Fort Bliss, Texas.
