Members from the Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star and the Coast Guard 13th District command salute Seaman Aaron Joppru as his casket is loaded onto a plane at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Oct. 26, 2018.

The members lining both sides between the hearse and the plane were acting as honorary pall bearers, and unlike an everyday salute, they performed what's called a three-volley salute.
