    NORWEGIAN SEA (Oct. 23, 2018) A pilot assigned to Carrier Air Wing 1 exits an F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to the “Fighting Checkmates” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 211, on the flight deck aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Currently operating in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations, Harry S. Truman will continue to foster cooperation with regional allies and partners, strengthen regional stability, and remain vigilant, agile and dynamic.
