A Paratrooper with B Troop, 1st Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade of the 82nd Airborne Division is on a counter improvised explosive device patrol on Oct. 29 in the “Mixing Bowl” an area in Baghdad, Iraq, known for IEDs. The 2/82 is working with Iraqi Security Forces to enable the safe withdrawal of thousands of soldiers and pieces of equipment.
