Chipley, FL., Oct. 24, 2018—A State - FEMA disaster recovery center (DRC) has opened in Washington County where survivors of Hurricane Michael can register for assistance. DRCs offer in-person support to individuals and businesses from representatives from the State of Florida, FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and other organizations.
