VIRGINIA BEACH , Va. (Oct. 19, 2018) Chief Air Traffic Controller Tamara Quam, from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) operations department, returns the salute of members from the Chiefs Mess as she and her family are piped ashore during her retirement ceremony at CNATTU Oceana Ceremonial Hangar.
