CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea – Col. Mike Adams, commander, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Maj. Gen. Scott McKean, commander, 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division, and Col. Marc A.
