Anthony Stateman from the 550th Signal Company run telephone cable from one tent to another on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Torres gives Stateman a boost to secure cable to a tent. Torres and Stateman form part of the 550th Signal Company's Outside Plant. The Outside Plant's operations are critical to effective communications in theater.
