Members of the Resolve Marine Group, contracted by the U.S. Coast Guard for hazard material removal and environmental threat mitigation, use a diver to rig the sunken 25' Catalina sailboat with multiple inflatable lift bags at Wayfarers Marina and Cove in Minnesott Beach, NC on October 18, 2018.
