Raider Brigade Soldiers from 4th Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division conduct a stress shoot exercise. Stress shoots are designed to keep Soldiers fit, inspired, disciplined, trained and ready when using their weapons in stressful and physically exhausting scenarios. For the event, Soldiers completed burpees and running before firing their weapons.
