Soldiers with A Company, 1-17 Inf., 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division draw MILES gear for their vehicles Oct. 31, at the National Training Center. MILES equipment is used to simulate weapons fire and inform the soldiers when they have been hit. This simulation is a way to train soldiers for combat without the danger of live munitions.
