FORT BENNING, Ga. (Oct. 19, 2018) – Team #9, Staff Sgt. Michael E. Fulmer and Spc. Tristan Ivkov, Colorado Army National Guard, took second place in the 2018 International Sniper Competition. Two-person teams from across the Army, other services of the Department of Defense, the FBI and the militaries of partner nations competed in a competition to determine the best sniper team in the world. For the second consecutive year, the team from the 75th Ranger Regiment took first place in the 18th annual International Sniper Competition at Fort Benning, Georgia, Oct. 19.
