U.S. Navy Admiral James Foggo and U.S Marine Brig. Gen. Stephen M. Neary, arrive on USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) Oct. 17. Foggo and Neary arrived in support of Exercise Trident Juncture 18. Trident Juncture is a NATO led exercise in which the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit and the Air Combat Element will play a pivotal role as a sea-based MAGTF. Foggo is a commander of Allies Joint Force Command Naples, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and U.S. Naval Forces Africa. Neary is the Deputy Director of Joint Training and Joint Staff J7.
