Two military personnel wearing CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) protective gear, including gas masks, helmets, desert camouflage MOPP suits, and rubber overboots, are conducting what appears to be a CBRN decontamination or casualty extraction drill. They are handling a clear plastic body bag or decontamination bag containing what appears to be a simulated casualty on a dirt surface. A red powder or paint mark is visible on the ground to the left, likely a training marker.
