Contractors install a culvert under a portion of a washed out rail line on the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, N.C. The U.S. Army Corps is leading the charge in the recovery efforts on the installation which suffered damage to critical infrastructure when it was struck by Hurricane Florence. As the U.S. military's largest ammunition terminal, MOTSU serves as a transfer point between rail, trucks, and ships for the import and export of ammunition, explosives and military equipment for the DoD.
