Lt. Col. Matthew Everhart, the incoming commander of the 224th Cyber Operations Squadron, receives the guidon of the COS from Col. Shannon Smith, the 124th Operations Group commander, during an assumption of command ceremony at Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho Oct. 13, 2018.
