SAN DIEIGO (Oct. 12,2018) — Cmdr Michael Merry, the oldest Sailor present, cuts the first piece of cake for Capt. Bradford Smith, Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) commanding officer during the Navy’s 243rd Birthday Celebration held in the courtyard.
