U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Mathew Bangsoy, engineer equipment electrical systems technician, Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity, Marine Corps Systems Command jumps into the water during the Commanding General’s (CG’s) Cup Dive Competition at the 13 Area Pool, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Oct. 11, 2018. The CG’s Cup is an intramural sports program that was developed to give service members from various units across MCB Camp Pendleton an opportunity to compete in organized sporting events in order to promote fitness, teamwork and esprit de corps. The CG’s cup also allows service members to earn points for their units, resulting in prizes and awards that are presented to the top-earning units at the conclusion of the CG’s Cup season.
