A U.S. Marines officer in desert MARPAT camouflage uniform is addressing a group of Marines on what appears to be the deck of a naval vessel at sea. The officer, whose name tape reads 'HELMS' or similar, stands facing the assembled personnel with hands clasped, appearing to deliver a briefing or speech. The ocean is visible in the background under a hazy sky.
