Interservice Physician Assistant Program graduate, Capt. Nelson Liuzzo, receives his diploma from Lt. Col. Avery Carney, the program’s clinical coordinator. The graduation ceremony was held Oct. 5, 2018, at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. The students participated in two phases of the program. The first phase was held at Fort Sam Houston, Texas for 16 months and the second phase at Evans ACH for 13 months. Each student earned their Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
