KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Left to right: Tommy Hobson, president for the American Federation of Government Employees (local 2263), Steve Jansen, Kirtland's Labor Relations officer, and 377th Air Base Wing Commander Col. Richard Gibbs complete the signing of a new labor agreement Oct. 4, 2018 here. The agreement supplements the master labor agreement reached between the AFGE Council 214 and Air Force Materiel Commander in May of 2017.
