Maj. Refugio Rosas, command sergeant Major of the 224th Sustainment Brigade, for being the “sustainer of the day” during Warfighter 19-1 at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, Oct. 4, 2018. Mateo was coined for performing well above the expectations of his assigned position as liaison officer (LNO) for the 224th SB during the warfighter exercise.
