    The “4” drill, firers engage three silhouettes, holding two other silhouettes as hostages as the firers
    shoot 3 rounds from their M4 rifle and 3 rounds from the M9 pistol in four seconds or less, during the Michigan National Guard's Adjutant General's Combat Rifle and Pistol Competition.
