JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. – Cyber Blitz is informing the Army on how to employ evolving Cyber Electromagnetic Activities, or CEMA, across all aspects of the Army: doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities and policy, or DOTMLPF-P. This year’s activities examined how the integration of Cyberspace, Electronic Warfare, Intelligence, Space, and Information Operations could help a Brigade Combat Team gain and maintain the advantage against a regional peer in multi-domain operations.
