A United States of America military aircraft labeled 'Open Skies' is taxiing on a runway at what appears to be Offutt Air Force Base, home of the 'Fightin' 55th' wing as indicated by signage on the building in the background. The aircraft is a four-engine jet, consistent with a Boeing OC-135B Open Skies observation aircraft, bearing the tail number 2670 OF. The image was taken under overcast conditions with good visibility of the aircraft and surrounding airfield infrastructure.
