The U.S. Embassy held the Mission Afghanistan Games, a CrossFit competition, to promote both CrossFit and personal fitness for both coalition service members and civilians deployed to Afghanistan Oct. 21. Several participants arrived to test their strength, endurance and mental toughness while competing with others from the area.
