Soldiers present and post the colors of the 4th Infantry Division during the division’s color casing ceremony at a Contingency Operating Base Speicher hangar Oct. 20 in Tikrit, Iraq. The Ivy Division completed its 13-month Operation New Dawn deployment of commanding and controlling United States Division-North and Task Force Iron Horse. The 4th Infantry Division controlled approximately 49,000 square miles, covering the area between Baghdad and the Iraq-Turkey border.
