DALLAS (Sept.24, 2018) Chief Navy Counselor Romulo Urraca, a Navy Recruiting District (NRD) Dallas recruiter from Navy Recruiting Station Lewisville, and future Sailors from NRD Dallas celebrate a touchdown by the Naval Academy Midshipmen football team. Naval Academy Midshipmen football team played the Southern Methodist University Mustangs. During the half-time event, Navy Recruiting District Dallas future Sailors were administered the oath of enlistment by Vice Adm. Walter E.
