Jong Jun, sergeant major of the Republic of Korea Marine Corps, Sept. 20, 2018 at Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. Jun observed Tactical Readiness and Training platoon at Headquarters Regiment to identify training capabilities from an infantrymen level for logistics Marines. The ISMT is a program primarily designed to train Marines with various weapons in preparation for qualifications or deployments. Republic of Korea and United States Marine Corps forces are committed to the ironclad ROK-U.S. alliance and work together to further develop their partnership and combined capabilities.
