CAMP RED CLOUD, Republic of Korea – Maj. Gen. D. Scott McKean, native of San Jose, California and commanding general, 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division, shakes the hands of Republic of Korea Band members in gratitude for their performance during the Chuseok Reception at Mitchell’s Grill Sept. 20.
