CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea — Sgt. 1st Class Terrance Widmer, a chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear specialist assigned to 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division and native of Streator, Illinois, is awarded a first-place medal by Donald Kelley, commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10223, for his participation in the 9/11 Memorial Ruck March at Camp Humphreys Sept. 12. The 24-hour ruck march and competition served as a memorial to those who gave their lives on Sept. 11, 2001 and in the defense of our nation.
