    A team consisting of Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team Miami and Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Team South approach two men stranded due to extreme flooding in Brunswick County, North Carolina, Sept. 17, 2018. Since Hurricane Florence hit the Carolinas, the Coast Guard has been conducting search and rescue operations in support of state and local emergency operation centers.
