Republic of Korea navy Lt. Wook Hyun Min uses an alidade from the pilothouse of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens. Four Republic of Korea navy sailors are visiting Cowpens for about 10 days while she is underway in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
